NASA Discovers Fresh Water Below Kuwait’s Desert

Using a technology that was first developed to explore the subsurface of Mars, a search team from NASA has discovered fresh water below the northern desert of Kuwait. The technology is called Radar Sounding technology and it’s the first time for it to be used for discovering extractable water in a layer of wet rocks under the earth’s surface called aquifer.

  1. north kuwait aquifer is known from a long time D, the news here is that NASA was able to take such mapping through there satellite’s “the sounding radar”. Usually earth mapping is done using trucks which sends signals to detect fluids under the ground. this new technology can be a great help to locate oil as well. the only constrain would definitely be COST
