Diet Care’s latest video talks about outdoor activities that come with the sweet weather we’re currently having and how we can enjoy practicing these activities the healthy way. Here are some key points:

  1. For glowy, radiant skin after tanning, make sure you load up on foods that are rich in Vitamin A.
  2. If you’re in the mood for frozen yoghurt, make sure it’s small and simple and minimize on the toppings.
  3. Ditch red meat and barbecue fish, vegetables and fruits instead.

  1. I now find enjoyment outside, regardless of the time of year! My friend had told me he wanted to get a bicycle, but wanted to wait until after winter ; I told him why wait because all you need is a bigger jacket and gloves :))
