This is how ladies dressed up for the Horse Racing World Cup Event held at Al-Meydan race course in Dubai. I think they really believed they looked elegant. My opinion? They tried a little TOO hard and messed it up. I mean, Come on, a satan dress to a day event? a horse in your hat? FRENCH FRIES ON YOUR HEAD?!
